When we accept a return

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • Wrong item was delivered, or
  • The product arrived damaged/defective.

Tip: Unboxing video/photos makes the refund process faster and smoother.

Note: If an item is missing, please contact us within 2-days of delivery.

When we don’t accept a return

  • Change of mind, size/colour preference, or style preference.
  • Items used, washed, altered, or not in original condition.
  • Minor variations in colour/texture/finish due to the 3D-printing process (these are not defects).
  • Customized/personalized, sale/clearance, or limited-edition items (unless damaged/defective).

How to raise a return

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at team@artivoliving.com with your order number / invoice.
  2. Add clear photos/video (ideally the unboxing video) showing the issue.
  3. We’ll review and confirm pickup or share a return address.
  4. After we receive the item, we’ll inspect it and update you on the further process.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If approved after inspection, we’ll refund to your bank account/UPI (for COD orders) or to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Free return shipping when the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item).
  • Wherever possible, we may offer a replacement of the same item instead of a refund (your choice).

Order cancellations: You'll receive a full refund for cancellations, and orders can only be cancelled before they have been delivered.

Fair-use safeguard

  • Items with signs of use, damage, or tampering will be rejected.
  • Repeated/abusive claims may lead to temporary suspension of return eligibility.
