When we accept a return
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
- Wrong item was delivered, or
- The product arrived damaged/defective.
Tip: Unboxing video/photos makes the refund process faster and smoother.
Note: If an item is missing, please contact us within 2-days of delivery.
When we don’t accept a return
- Change of mind, size/colour preference, or style preference.
- Items used, washed, altered, or not in original condition.
- Minor variations in colour/texture/finish due to the 3D-printing process (these are not defects).
- Customized/personalized, sale/clearance, or limited-edition items (unless damaged/defective).
How to raise a return
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at team@artivoliving.com with your order number / invoice.
- Add clear photos/video (ideally the unboxing video) showing the issue.
- We’ll review and confirm pickup or share a return address.
- After we receive the item, we’ll inspect it and update you on the further process.
Refunds & Replacements
- If approved after inspection, we’ll refund to your bank account/UPI (for COD orders) or to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Free return shipping when the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item).
- Wherever possible, we may offer a replacement of the same item instead of a refund (your choice).
Order cancellations: You'll receive a full refund for cancellations, and orders can only be cancelled before they have been delivered.
Fair-use safeguard
- Items with signs of use, damage, or tampering will be rejected.
- Repeated/abusive claims may lead to temporary suspension of return eligibility.
